Entrepreneurs+ Program
Besides looking for operating early-stage companies, we also aim to invest in the formation of “in-house” companies and in the development of high-potential entrepreneurs.
Frequently, when we analyze markets and industries, we find opportunities for the creation of “next wave” high-growth businesses. After developing the initial concept, we then look for proven or high-potential entrepreneurs who would be attracted to the idea and interested in refining the concept and developing a solid business plan, with full-time dedication in exchange for equity participation in the future company to be created, if the existence of an attractive business opportunity is confirmed. The business plan is developed with support from the Monashees Capital team and office structure.
In-house project ideas can also be generated in round table discussions with entrepreneurs that we organize in our offices. As ideas mature, we can invite entrepreneurs to participate in the Entrepreneurs+ Program.
